The CPACs were formed in 1993 to give area citizens a method of addressing concerns specific to their neighborhoods. Each CPAC consists of representatives from neighborhood and community organizations, the Duval County School System, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, City Council and various other City of Jacksonville departments. Each CPAC generally meets at the same time each month; however, locations often vary.
To contact a CPAC chairman or for more information about the program, contact the City of Jacksonville's Neighborhood Services Division, (904) 630-7398.
